This pricing is for those who are not members of the Institute.
This popular course combines the Pilates floor routine on the Swiss Ball. This is the second level in this course consisting of two days. Come prepared to learn a whole new routine which will challenge both you and your clients to any level, beginners to advanced!
Please bring your own ball - a pump will be provided at the venue to blow it up (!)
