Pilates on the Ball 1.
This popular course combines the Pilates floor routine on the Swiss Ball. There are two levels in this course - The first being one day and the second consisting of two days. Come prepared to learn a whole new routine which will challenge both you and your clients to any level, beginners to advanced!
Please bring your own ball - a pump will be provided at the venue to blow it up (!)
This course is available to non-members of the Pilates Institute of Australasia.
