The Weak Reformer Springs are 50% tension and 56cms in length. They are also used for the leg Springs on the Trapeze Table/Cadillac
(Require snap hooks for attachments of leg springs in most cases. Sold separately.)
Most springs require to be replaced every 3-5 years.
