The Stretch Band comes in three colours: Pink (medium), Purple (strong) and Silver (extra strong). These bands perfectly compliments the Isotoner/Stretch band Videos and DVDs.
Please select which colour you desire when ordering. The average person would normally pick the strong (Purple) range.
The length of the Stretch Band is 1.5 meters - more than adequate for any person. Handles are not included. Please refer to the Isotoner Video/DVD for use.
