The Stretch Band comes in three colours: Pink (medium), Purple (strong) and Silver (extra strong). These bands perfectly compliments the Stretchband DVDs.
Please select which colour you desire when ordering. The average person would normally pick the strong (Purple) range.
The length of the Stretch Band is 1.5 meters - more than adequate for any person. Handles are not included. Please refer to the Stretchband DVDs for use.
