The Isotoner comes in three colours: Pink (medium), Purple (strong) and Silver (extra strong) -  DVD Isotoner Level 1 included in this price. The Isotoner Band by itself is normally $29.95 and the DVD is $24.95. You save $9.95. These perfectly compliment the Isotoner DVDs. Please select which colour you desire when ordering. The average person would normally pick the strong (Purple) range. Please state in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section of the checkout which band you require, even if you have checked the drop down list. If you do not choose a colour, the purple (medium) band will be sent. The length of the Stretch Band is 1.5 meters - more than adequate for any person.  Please refer to the Stretchband DVD for use.
