The Isotoner is Exclusive to the Pilates Institute. It is a length of band with two round hand grips at each end. There is also a tie that can be used for attaching to a door or pole. Please state in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section of the checkout which band you require, even if you have checked the drop down list. If you do not, you will be sent the purple (medium) Band
A booklet of exercise is included with the Isotoner.
The Isotoner comes in three colours: Pink (medium), Purple (strong) and Silver (extra strong) - DVD Isotoner Level 1 included in this price.
These perfectly compliment the Isotoner DVDs. Please select which colour you desire when ordering. The average person would normally pick the strong (Purple) range.

The length of the Stretch Band is 1.5 meters - more than adequate for any person. Handles are not included. Please refer to the Stretchband DVD for use.
