The Isotoner comes with a  Strong Band -  DVD Isotoner Level 1 and 2 included in this price. The Isotoner Band by itself is normally $29.95 and the DVDs are $24.95 each. You save $29.95. 1   This item has rigid plastic balls on the ends for ease of use. Can be easily held by those who have a weak grip or arthritic hands. 2   It also comes with a door attachment so one end can be stable while stretching the other end. 3   The other end also has a handle for a better grip besides the plastic ball only. 4   Its comes in an attractive nylon carrybag with drawstring to ensure the Isotoner lasts longer The Strong band is capable for use by any person. The length of the Stretch Band is approx 1.1 meters - adequate for any person.  A basic e-booklet of use with further exercises, not in the DVDs, can be downloaded from ISOTONER BOOKLET free of charge

This is a replacement band for the isotoner for those who have ALREADY PURCHASED an Isotoner from the Pilates Institute. This is NOT available for new sales and does NOT come with the door handle.

The Stretchband comes in  Strong tension only. These perfectly compliment the Isotoner DVDs. The average person would normally pick the Strong band. The length of the Stretch Band is 1.2 meters - adequate for any person.  Please refer to the Isotoner/Stretchband DVD for use.
