The MENEZES METHOD is a very specific, new style of pilates created by Allan Menezes, the pioneer of pilates in Australia (1986), international teacher trainer and lecturer and a former back pain sufferer himself. His speciality is back pain and inproving athletic performance.After decades of focussing on improving the pilates method, Allan has created his own system vastly different to other pilates styles. He focusses purely on the functional, not clinical, aspects of the method to get clients back to normal function as soon as possible, whether it's to improve your golf swing, get fit or rehabilitaion of a knee, back or other issue.

This innovative style has earned the respect of prominent practitioners and clients in regard to post-acute injury rehabilitation, muscle balancing, the relief of chronic back, neck and shoulder pain as well as strengthening and toning.

How long should you attend?
After your initial consultation, we recommend that you attend 2 to 3 times a week in order to gain the most benefit and see, and feel, the changes!

How many in the class?
There are a maximum of 5 people in the class at any one time. ALL SESSIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT. There are no 'group' sessions. Although there are others in the studio, you are doing your own program, under supervision.
Each session is 1.5 hours long, 50% longer that most other pilates classes, as we spend extra time on the importance of stretching before you commence your workout.

How do I start?
An initial consultation and assessment by our qualified expert is required by all.
The session is 1.5 hours long and assesses all past physical issues and current strengths, mobility and posture. We then organize your progressive program around this.

INVESTMENT SCHEDULE

Initial Consultation: $150.00
One to One Private session - 1.5 hours
Please bring recent X-Rays or copies of scan reports if you have had an injury in the last 12 months

Other individual private sessions with Allan Menezes - $150 for one hour or $1300 for 10 sessions

GENERAL SESSIONS:

10 SESSIONS - $450 (initially valid 8 weeks, then10 weeks)
20 SESSIONS - $790.00 (initially valid 12 weesk, then 20 weeks)

F/T Students under 25:
10 sessions - $350.00 (valid 8 weeks)

MEMBERSHIPS: (unlimited attendance)

1 MONTH - $400.00
